Shipping

 

Shipping fees will reflect current rates dictated by Australia Post.

B Stylish understands you want to receive your items as soon as possible, so will ship by Express Post or Parcel Post options.

All orders will incur a flat rate charge  within Australia.

If you are purchasing from outside of Australia, international rates apply.

The customer must collect the order within three months of purchase.

The customer must present order confirmation with the order number upon collection.

 

 

Return and exchange

 

We want you to love your gymnastics wear. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with original tags attached. For exchanges (store credit only), contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items returned without prior approval 
- Final sale/clearance items
- Worn or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects

 

Return Shipping:  
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective. Use a trackable service -

we will not be liable for the loss of the parcel being returned. For requests, email us at orders@bstylish.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

 

 

Order cancellation

 

B Stylish commits to getting your items to you as fast as possible.

Once placed, an order cannot be canceled, as items ordered by you will be produced promptly at your request.
